1. Main features
1.1 This machine has one working position.
1.2 This machine is PLC program controlled.
1.3 This machine can broach unthreaded holes and internal splines by replacing the main and auxiliary tool holders and the industrial equipment.
1.4 This machine employs hydraulic transmission, works steadily and enables stepless speed change.
1.5 This machine has the three operating modes of automatic cycling, semi-automatic cycling and adjustment, and is easy to operate.
2. Structural description
This machine consists mainly of a body, a bed, a base, main and auxiliary sliding plates, a main mechanical cutting tool body, an auxiliary hydraulic cutting tool body, special-purpose industrial equipment, a hydraulic system, an electric system, a lubrication system, a cooling system, a chip discharge system, broaching tools and guards, etc.
2.1 The body, the bed and the base are welded from A3 steel plates. The method of stress elimination is quenching after welding, vibration stress relief after rough machining and again after semi-finishing. The guide plate and the press plate are made from 45# steel, and are subject to medium-frequency surface quenching to a hardness of HRC42-45 and a depth of 2-6mm.
2.2 The main sliding plate is cast integrally in a strip-shaped dovetail structure, and the auxiliary sliding plate in a linear ball guide rail structure and mounted on the main sliding plate together with the lifting cylinder for whole-course conveying of the broaching tools.
2.3 The main cutting tool body is in a mechanical spring sliding sleeve structure, and the auxiliary cutting tool body in a hydraulic sliding sleeve structure. The detailed specifications of the main and auxiliary cutting tool bodies will be determined after the tools are confirmed.
